What is Accuracy?

A feature that compares the specifications, prices and policies in AI answers with verified brand information. It finds inaccurate or outdated information and suggests what to fix.

Definition

Accuracy, in Brand Intelligence, is the check that compares what AI answers say about your products, prices and policies with the verified brand facts, and flags everything that is wrong, outdated or unconfirmed.

Each flagged statement is traced, where possible, to the page that likely taught it. The fix goes to that page, not to the engine: replace the old spec sheet, correct the reseller listing, redirect the discontinued product.

Why it matters

Wrong facts in answers mislead customers who are already deciding. Finding them is the part of GEO with the most direct effect on sales.

How it is measured

Factual claims are extracted from sampled answers, matched to the verified fact they concern, and scored accurate, outdated, wrong or unverified. The report groups mismatches by product and by likely source.
